We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Authentication

We use Supabase for authentication and database services. You may also sign in via Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password. Your authentication data is handled securely by these providers under their respective privacy policies.

4. Reminder & Email Processing

We process your reminder data to send email notifications at the intervals you select (e.g., 30, 7, or 1 day before an event). Email delivery may be handled through third-party transactional email providers such as Resend or Postmark. These providers process your email address only for delivery purposes and do not use it for marketing.

5. Cookies & Session Usage

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your preferences. These are essential for the service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services for hosting, authentication, and email delivery, including Supabase and Google OAuth. We only share the minimum data required for these services to perform their functions.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure database hosting, and access controls. Reminder metadata and email addresses are stored securely.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete individual reminders or your entire account from the dashboard. Account deletion permanently removes your reminders and profile data from our systems.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently erase your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

10. Future Features

We may introduce features such as file attachments (e.g., screenshots) or email forwarding. If we do, this policy will be updated to reflect how those new data types are handled.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use of LaterSafe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
