1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LaterSafe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
LaterSafe is an email reminder service that helps you remember important future dates such as visa expiries, subscription renewals, warranty deadlines, birthdays, and more. You create reminder entries, and we send you email notifications before the relevant dates.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LaterSafe for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or malicious content, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. No Guarantee of Reminder Delivery
While we make every effort to deliver email reminders on time, we cannot guarantee delivery. Emails may be delayed, filtered as spam, or blocked by your email provider. You agree that LaterSafe is not responsible for reminders that do not reach your inbox.
6. User Responsibility for Important Deadlines
LaterSafe is a supplementary tool, not a substitute for your own record-keeping. You remain solely responsible for tracking critical deadlines, especially those involving legal, financial, or health consequences. Do not rely exclusively on LaterSafe for time-sensitive obligations.
7. Free Trial & Subscriptions
Every new account begins with a 7-day free trial that includes all features and allows up to 10 active reminders. No payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to LaterSafe Plus ($3/month or $29.99/year, billed in USD) to continue creating, editing, or receiving reminders. Existing reminders remain in your account but become inactive until you subscribe, and we will stop sending reminder emails for expired-trial accounts. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled and can be managed at any time from your billing page. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and plan limits may change with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials provided by LaterSafe are the property of LaterSafe and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time from within the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaterSafe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 if you only used the free trial.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use of LaterSafe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
